The dealer you purchased your items from are responsible for the warranty/returns. If you buy goods from a dealer and they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or don’t match their description you are entitled to return the item to the dealer you purchased them from. Please note us as the manufacturer are not responsible, if the dealer tells you that the manufacturer is responsible, or that you have to make a claim on a manufacturers guarantee, you do not have to accept this.
