Returns are processed through the returns or sales department. You will need to have the item details, and reasons for return; we will then provide you with an RMA number which we request is made clear on the outside of the box(s). 

Please note if you are returning a ‘try on’ item it has to be returned to us within 14 days, usual returns/repairs can take around 7-10 working days from the date we receive them back, depending on how busy we are
